I am a firm believer that there's something to be learned from all sects of software development. When I started my professional career in web development the first language I learned was Cold Fusion using the FuseBox methodology. Since then I have held position developing apps in C# and VB .NET, PHP and Ruby On Rails.
I am currently learning Django because it doesn't seem to hide the "magic" that RoR does and doesn't force web dev into the "event handlers" system that .NET has. I am very interested to learn more about Django and welcome any suggestions from fellow Django developers.
Aside from web development I also play the drums and love music. I'm also learning how to brew beer, so if anyone has any good resources send me an email!
